I would highly recommend this company, very professional, Hadi’s attention towards detail was excellent. He was in constant touch to make sure everything was working, we had constant problems with our equipment that the previous company could not fix. Everything is now working as it should, and they have taken over, install updates automatically.

Any problems that arise can be quickly solved remotely as the setup is monitored to ensure it’s reliable all the time. Haidar and his team sorted out our complicated TV remote problem professionally and patiently to suit not only the IT savvy in our household but to simplify it for our elderly relatives. I am on a road trip, away from home for six month looking urgently neededf a networking tech saviour. Haider from London Smart Homes was that man. My NAS, my broadband, my router were overshadowing what should be the journey of a lifetime. A journey I wanted to photograph and blog about. Tech wasn't working and I couldn't backup precious memories on my NAS. I dropped an email to several companies but Haider was first to quickly respond.We talked about installing a new router. He took the lead and organised with my tenant to arrange the installation. All over a bank holiday weekend. Although speeds were improved I was still having trouble downloading.Haider was tenacious, patient and knowledge about the potential issues which ranged from my laptop, through the VNP, the broadband at both ends and the NAS performance.Despite the awkward time difference, Haider was determined to resolve my download problems. He helped me update my Mac, install a new operating system – spending way too much of his own time on sorting out allied obstacles.I can’t give enough praise his knowledge, logic, work process and determination to resolve my networking issues.Being 3,000 miles away and dealing through tenants is obviously stressful. I can’t thank Haider and London Smart Home for the service I received. Hadi provides an incredible service. He sorted out wifi coverage throughout my house so that there are no dead spots. Recently, I wanted wifi coverage extended to the back of the garden and Hadi came and installed a solution within 24 hours. He is extremely knowledgable, responsive and always on hand to issue spot and resolve problems. Highly recommend!

During the pandemic I travelled extensively around Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in my VW California Ocean campervan. I wanted to teach yoga via a router and enlisted the help of LSH to find a solution as I need to access online platform Zoom. Hadar gave me support throughout my trip and configured a router so that I could use a dual sim to draw down the best signal possible. I managed to teach during three months in various destinations and some very remote. With the help of LSH I left the UK reassured that I had great back up if needed.

Hadi is a very personable and knowledgeable guy, who took the time to step me through the process, such that I was able to clearly understand what I was getting for my money.He and his team worked diligently all day on the day of installation, arriving promptly and finishing up only when they believed me to be satisfied with the job.Importanly, Hadi has delivered on his promises. I no longer have any black spots anywhere in my home, download speeds in the upstairs bedrooms are up to 10x what they were previously and the whole network is stable, without devices randomly dropping off on a near daily basis.Finally, ongoing support has been top notch. Hadi is responsive to phone or emails, initiating video calls to step me through his analysis or any tweaks he is implementing.So overall, I am very happy that I reached out to London Smart Homes. They have delivered exactly the solution I was looking for.

After months of trying to figure out what is wrong with the internet, London Smart Homes fixed the issue within 2 hours. Our old internet need to be switched off and the new one configured which was done straight away. Thank you very much for the prompt service and excellent service provided.

I would recommend Hadi and his company without hesitation. We had terrible wifi in our house despite having lots of boosters all over the house. This turned out to be part of the problem but removing them and relying on the old router would take us back to square one. The solution proposed by Hadi cost quite a bit of money and I was a bit sceptical. But we decided to go with his solution and our wifi is now hundreds of times better than it was.There are often four of us working from home and we very rarely have problems. We recently had a slight problem in the kitchen but Hadi was straight onto it (even on a Sunday afternoon ) and sorted it out on the day. Before when we tried to ring BT for help we got a sinking feeling, when trying to get something sorted out, knowing we would have to spend hours on the phone being passed around and not really knowing what was happening. Now I can call Hadi and I know he'll sort it out. Money well spent!

I was having issues connecting through a new remote access application for office host, and called Haidar to help isolate potential causes on my home network security settings. Haidar systematically & professionally worked through the problem, changed a few settings & checked my laptop using remote access. The next day my work technology support team changed a few setup aspects in office environment and i was able to connect.The support from Haidar was excellent as he went way beyond merely checking the wifi network, very calm and professional. We commissioned Hadi & London Smart Homes to install wired connections to my home office and improve the wifi network within the property.The whole process was incredibly straightforward. Fantastic service!! Gave me a simple breakdown of my choices and the cost associated with each (didn’t try and oversell the most expensive option) and recommended what he thought was genuinely the best option. The work was done quickly, efficiently and all cleaned up afterwards; a thoroughly professional job and our wi-fi issues have been miraculously resolved. If you need fast wi-fi all around an old house I couldn’t recommend Haidar more highly. He also followed up after the installation to make sure that things were running smoothly, a top professional!!
